I am an Advocate of the High Court and the Managing Partner at MMA LAW LLP. I am a practitioner in Electoral Law and have a network of Election Law Practitioners in Kenya.
In 2022, I have successfully litigated electoral-related cases i.e before the ODM Tribunal and before the IEBC Dispute Resolution Committee
. I have equally served as the Secretary to the National Elections Appeal Tribunal and the
Legal Directorate of a Political party for 3 years. Knowledge of Electoral Laws is of utmost importance as we approach the General Elections in Kenya that will occur on August 9th 2022.
