Behold the mighty and delicious peanut! A lot of people think of the peanut as a salty snack food or what’s in a PB and J sandwich, but peanuts really shine in savory foods like curries and stir fries.
Today we’re making a rich delicious African Peanut Curry, with tofu and purple potatoes served with homemade naan bread.
Joining us to kiki in the kitchen and get her hands dirty is the she-larious Bob the Drag Queen, one of New York City’s hottest drag acts.
Like Lady Bunny and RuPaul before him, Bob made his way from the southern gay mecca of Atlanta, Georgia to take a bite out of the Big Apple, and is now a rising star on the national scene.
