A frog legs recipe would be known as a Palaka recipe in the Philippines, Palaka being frogs.

The ingredients for my hot sticky frog legs recipe are:

10 frog legs
4 tbsp honey
4 tbsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
6 cloves of garlic ,chopped finely
4 tbsp fish sauce/patis
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup extra hot chilli sauce
50 ml 7up or Sprite

Cooking frog legs is very similar to cooking with chicken and just as versatile and tasty.
