Through the Chhattisgarh government’s Homestay Scheme, tribal families are getting financial support and new livelihood opportunities. Over 2,500 families, most of them women or SHG members, are offering authentic experiences, traditional cuisine, and warm hospitality. Destinations like Bastar, Mainpat, Jashpur, and Raipur are now popular among travelers seeking culture over luxury.
