Ingredients-
FOR IDLY
1.5 katori grinded oats
1.5 katori rawa/suji
2 tablespoon chawal aata
Salt (to taste)
1/2 katori or 1 packet dahi
Water
Dhaniya Patti
Hari Mirch
Shimla Mirch (Capsicum)
Gajar (Carrot)
Hari Pyaaz (Spring Onion)
Eno
For Tadka-
Oil
Heeng
Jeera
Rai
Dhuli Urad Dal
Chana Dal
Meethi Neem
Khadi Lal Mirch
FOR CHUTNEY
Dhaniya patti
1 medium size tamatar
3 hari mirch
Roasted moongfali
Salt (to taste)
FOR RASAM
6 medium sized tamatar ki puree
1-2 tablespoon dhaniya powder
1-2 tablespoon lal mirch powder
1-2 tablespoon kali mirch powder
1-2 tablespoon methi powder (grind methi seeds)
1-2 tablespoon jeera powder (dry roast jeera and then grind)
Salt (to taste)
For Tadka -
Meethi Neem
Jeera
Rai
Khadi Lal Mirch
Heeng
