Master Liu Deming is the 5th Generation Inheritor of the Liu He Zi Ran Men Lineage, creator of the Ziran Qigong System, and one of the most gifted living Masters whose work and creations continue to touch thousands of people around the world.

Master Liu Deming believes any Martial Art, and Qigong Training should contain three important steps, which are the three main elements of Qigong:

1) Understanding Physical Body.

2) Developing Qi flow trough Breathing.

3) Developing Consciousness and Awareness “Shen Spirit” through tranquil meditation.

“This awakening we call it awareness or our surroundings; awareness of who you are; awareness of the relationship between you and nature. That is always my goal towards developing, and understanding. And, that is what I want to teach my students… This is the important part, rather than learn the Form.”
