Elden Ring Reforged - Any% Speedrun (on Easiest Difficulty) -

Описание: This is a speedrun of the mod Elden Ring Reforged, in which I beat the game (i.e. killing Elden Beast and selecting an ending) in 1:52:05 measured by the time on my save file after exiting the game after the credits. This run was done on Version 2.1.2.3, which is the latest update as of me making this.

Elden Ring Reforged introduces changes to virtually every facet of the game, and this heavily impacts the speedrun as well, to the extent that a reroute from scratch was required compared to the vanilla speedrun.

Most of these changes slow down the speedrun significantly compared to vanilla. Many bugs and glitches have been fixed, meaning that strategies such as Radahn skip or the Godskin Noble AI cheese are no longer possible. Certain map features, like the Liurnia and Caelid waygates, some spiritsprings, and more major things like Dragonbarrow being locked behind Sellia also heavily impact the speedrun. And smithing stone locations have been altered, and you require three somber stones per upgrade level, making routing more complicated.

This speedrun was performed on the easiest regular difficulty (called Casual Mode), but my route is intended to be feasible for the default difficulty. As of the time of me making this video, I do not know of any international leaderboards for Elden Ring Reforged, and so this is the first run of its kind that I am aware of. Regardless of whether it's the world record, it was a fun speedrun to plan and execute! I can already think of certain improvements that could be made to it.

Reforged receives updates fairly frequently, and so it is possible, and perhaps even likely, that a future patch will introduce changes that make faster times possible. As of right now, I think sub 2 hours on Reforged difficulty would be a very impressive time, and would probably need both major and minor routing optimizations.
