LIST OF INGREDIENTS
Flour(2 cups)
Sugar(2 tbspoons )
Yeast (2 teaspoons)
Salt ( 1/4 teaspoon )
Nutmeg (1/4teaspoon)
Warm evaporated milk ( 100mls)
Egg ( 1 medium size)
Add more warm water about 100mls
OR
If you are not going to use eggs and evaporated milk, use
Warm water (200mls to 300mls)
Vegetable oil for frying ( 1 litre)

Note
If you are not using Active dry yeast, just add your yeast and sugar to your warm water and let it proof /sit for 5 minutes before adding it to your flour.
