Marie’s family came from the USA, Henrik’s from Sweden, and together they created a celebration that blended laidback luxury, international traditions, and so much fun.

Their wedding weekend was more than just one day. It kicked off with a lively sports day ice-breaker and a group cycle to a local winery (because is there anything more Tuscan than that?). By the time the wedding day arrived, everyone felt like one big family.

The ceremony took place beneath an ancient tree, led by Marie’s brother Chris, who officiated with words that centred on intention, connection and the power of marriage. The rest of the day was everything you’d hope a destination wedding in Italy would be: laughter echoing across the gardens, glasses clinking under the Tuscan sun, wild dance floors late into the night, and plenty of joyful, teary moments in between.
