Chewy Red Velvet Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cocoa powder
1/2 cup Butter, room temperature
1/3 Brown sugar, lightly packed
1/2 cup White sugar
1 Large egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 - 3 tsp Red food color
1/2 cup White chocolate chunk or Chocolate chips
extra chocolate for toppings.

Note: If  you're not fan of white chocolate you can use semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
