There are quite a few "firsts in this selection. This is No1 showing the first visit of the newly revamped Gavioli owned by the late George Brackstone. The organ used to grace the centre of Jimmy Williams Gallopers in the 1970s, and at once stage even played in the switchback now at Dingles. It was known as the Switchback organ. I believe it was Mr Brackstone who instucted Deans of Bristol to completely change the organ into this large 90 Keyless version. Why i will never know as it never did play well. I understand the organ is up in Scotland now.
Also this was the first Time Saunders provided a stage show, something we all now take for granted.
A small 48 Key organ is seen first called Charlie Chaplin, it was sold at the show.
