They are truly a superfood and do great things for your body, both inside and out. I love eating this for breakfast with berries or a banana, but it could also be great for a light snack or dessert. Coconut milk
Almond milk
Raw pecans
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Medjool dates
Cinnamon
Vanilla powder
