I paid £162 extra for LOT's Business Class. Here's what I got

As mentioned in the video, here are the categories I will be ranking the flights on. All airline business class products will be scored out of a possible 10 points which will determine their rank.

1 point will be given for priority services including priority or dedicated check in at the airport, fast track security and priority boarding
1 point will be given for lounge access
1 point for a welcome drink
1 point for a hot towel
3 points will be given for the food on board. This includes 1 point for being given a meal on board. An extra point will be given for the food being hot and an extra point given for the food being presented on proper glass plates. For example LOT in this video gets 2 points for a meal being served and it being on glass plates. KLM on the other hand gets only 1 point out of 3 as it only provides a meal in those plastic boxes. Lack of a hot meal and lack of glass plates looses KLM 2 points.
1 point for a blocked neighbouring seat in a 2-2 configuration or a blocked middle seat in a 3-3 configuration
1 point is given out for good service on board. This will be judged on the crew and how well they engage with passengers and the whole service experience.
1 last point will be given out for seat comfort. This means how comfortable the seat is etc

In today's video LOT scores a total of 8 points out of 10. The area where LOT lost points is the lack of a hot towel, from my experience na d from what I have heard many airlines in Europe offer hot towels either prior to departure or shortly after. Another area where LOT lost a point is the lack of a hot meal. Of course it's not necessary but many airlines are able to provide hot meals even on such short flight. However, despite all of that LOT's score is pretty high.
