This sound meditation is practice for changing inner state of feelings. Recomendation find quiet place and one hour of your time for well being and listen from begining to end.

Sound Healing practice was recorded in live sessions in acoustic Circle Shala Orion Healing Centre Koh Phangan Thailand.

My name is Natalia vs KordaNartist and I will play for you using sacred instruments Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gongs Paiste and Crystal pyramid.

This instruments create sound and vibration that more then just music - they are pure frequency. Each sound carries a unique vibration and each vibration resonates with different part of your body, your energy centers - your chakras. Awakening energy and begins the process of gentle cleaning and activation. The vibration speak directly to your energy field, your emotions, your inner self. You do not need to do anything expect listen.

I invite you now to fully arrive in this moment. Let go everything that come before. There is no need to plan or to think about what comes next simply be here and now.

Feel your breath

Notice the inhale and exhale. As you hear the sound of the bowls, crystal and gongs - stay present. Let the vibration wash over you and through you. You don’t need to understand how it works. Just allow it.

If your mind begins to wander - gently bring your attention back to your breath.

Back to your body.

With every breath, allow yourself to soften.
With every sound allow something to release.

This is your time.
A time of deep listening deep rest and deep healing.
