Andrew Lombardo, Command Sergeant Major of the Army Reserve, deliver a holiday message on behalf of the U.S. Army Reserve Command, headquartered at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and continue the annual tradition of lighting the Marshall Hall Christmas Tree together.
