This type of testing supports alternative fuels to power research, Boiler MACT (Maximum Achievable Control Technology) Greenhouse Gas Regulations, Waste-To-Energy Initiatives, Fuel Quality Testing for Boiler Efficiency and Heat Rate Analysis, as well as Government and University Research.
Some of the business sectors we support are Pulp & Paper, Energy, and Recycling. We analyze a variety of matrices that includes Alternative and Traditional Fuels for testing such as Proximate & Ultimate Analysis, Halogens, Higher and Lower Heating Value, Metals, as well as environmental testing such as Dioxins, TCLP, SPLP, VOC/SVOC, and PCB testing (subcontracted to other ALS Labs).
