Buzzbee, Barnabee and Jasper are practising their juggling when Lord Bartlebee Buzz announces the arrival of the Queen and insists they should act sensibly with no slouching or giggling allowed! He's such a stickler for rules, that he's at a complete loss when the Queen gives him the afternoon off to have some fun as he has to admit to Buzzbee that he doesn't know how. Luckily, the boys are on hand to help out with some fun and before long, Lord Bartlebee is having a whale of a time and even teaches the young bees learn a thing or two about juggling. When the Queen returns, she is delighted to see everyone having such a good time and Buzzbee points out that Lord Bartlebee has turned from a honey bee into a funny bee!
