My journey continues through serene woodland trails all the way to Hyde Heath, where the return leg begins. I head back towards Chesham through a beautiful sequence of woods, Bray’s Wood, Lott’s Wood, Ash Grove Plantation and Weedonhill Wood, each offering its own character and light.

Emerging into Chesham Bois, the landscape shifts again. Footpaths guide me down through a tranquil meadow and into Beech Wood, a final stretch of dappled shade before the route loops back to the heart of Chesham and the Clock Tower where it all began.

This walk blends open countryside, quiet lanes, and rich woodland, perfect for anyone who loves varied terrain, gentle elevation, and the timeless charm of the Chilterns.
