Описание: Beluga whales are sometimes referred to as the "canaries of the sea," though frankly I've never been privileged enough to listen to their trilling. Manatees, I would venture, could be called either the mice...or perhaps the squeaky bedsprings...of the waters. Since they are not entirely limited to the sea. Unfortunately, the limitations of human hearing underwater kept me unaware of the cacophony of strange noises this pod of creatures was making...until I downloaded the choppy, murky, unclear video footage and filtered out the majority of my heavy breathing. So for as lousy as the footage may be, I love to hear the chatter of manatees...especially when it isn't in response to hordes of tourists attempting to pat and scratch them to make their vacation worthwhile.
