This journal is a hardbound journal made from scratch with chipboard and is covered in fabric. It has four signatures, each with around 15 pages, so that's a total, front and back, of over 235 pages. All pages have been tea dyed in hot tea, baked in the oven, then ironed. The signatures are sewn in using the pamphlet stitch. The journal measures 9x5 with a 2 1/4" spine. It is full of beautiful paintings and images with an Alice in Wonderland theme, ephemera, pockets, paper clips, beads, fabric tags, fabric flaps, ribbon, lace, washi tape, etc. I have done a lot of stitching with my sewing machine throughout this journal. Lots of images are stitched onto the pages, some even have burlap or canvas stitched behind them. I have stenciled on all of the pages. There are also book pages from two different Alice in Wonderland books.
