"I Bet You Were Never A Cop Were You"

Описание: Today's installment brings me to the public sidewalk outside this posh gated community, as I exercised my freedom to record what I could see & hear with my cameras. After recording some of the vehicles coming & going from the secondary gate, a female security guard walked over to where I was standing. At first, I was silent as she began her questioning, asking if I needed help & wanted to know what I was doing, but then I began reading out more license plates. As another couple vehicles entered , I walked across to capture the plates on the back & the lady guard tried her best to block then, but unfortunately for her she failed both times as I was still able to get the digits off both. Soon after, another security (male) guard arrived on the scene. I came to the conclusion that this one had an ego as he claimed he was a former cop for 23 years. He was also claiming that a small corner portion of the public sidewalk was their private property. We went into a back & forth about the property lines. he wanted to know my source as I informed him that it wasn't private property. Any respectable journalist wouldn't give up their source of information & I wasn't going to either. I would guess that within 10-15 minutes had passed when a sheriff deputy arrived on scene. After they spoke with the deputy, Mr. Rent-a-cop tried giving me directives to stay on the public sidewalk , so I told him to shut his mouth & gave him the finger. Rent-a-cop apparently didn't like that & began spouting off about how I could be in violation of California penal code 415 in regards to using fighting words to incite a violent reaction. So in front of both guards, as I was flipping them off, I turned to the deputy with my middle finger, clarifying with him that it was protected free speech & of course he confirmed it was. Well, the male guard then claimed the deputy might be wrong. by the end of the back & forth, I was eventually issued a trespass warning to not go onto the property, which didn't mean anything to me as I walked across the street back on to the portion of the sidewalk in front of the deputies presence wanting them to clarify on the spot if where I was standing was private property. None of the guards confirmed when I did that. I will definitely have to come back to this location for a revisit in the hopefully near future.
