Overview
This mod replaces Sonic with Dr. Eggman and Tails with Metal Sonic.
More than just character replacements, they have slightly altered movesets as well.

For Eggman:
• He has a jetpack, able to perform a Double Jump;
• He can charge himself up, depending on which direction you want to go. If you press up then he'll do a super jump. If you press left or right, then he'll do a super run;

For Metal Sonic:
• He's capable of elevating/flying;
• He can also charge himself up via. Super Peel-out. Once launching himself, he is invincible momentarily and can destroy whatever badnik or boss is in his way.

Extra Life monitors, invincibility, and signposts are all changed for both characters. Also keep in mind, Eggman doesn't have any special stage sprites (I think for now).
