Featuring Ralph Older reprising his role in the second film, it is the final film of the live-action Spyro television film series, and the voice talents reprising their role. In the film, Doctor Nefarious joins with Qwark, Ratchet and Clank, while Spyro and his Skylanders are working together for the Christmas time.

Production began on 26 October 2020, but the hard drive cable stopped during its production. It was later resumed and ended on 4 December 2020 just before 21 days left for Christmas Day.

PLOT:
A day after the events of "Spyro's Friends Up the Lombax", Galactic President Captain Qwark goes to the city of Luminopolis to receive an "Intergalactic Tool of Justice Award", and he asks Ratchet and Clank to escort him, from the 2011 game "All 4 One". When the ceremony begins, Doctor Nefarious (having been teleported off his space station right before it exploded in the previous game "A Crack in Time") arrives and awakens a light-eating Z'Grute from cyrosleep, but it immediately turns against him, forcing Doctor Nefarious to join Ratchet, Clank and Qwark to stop it. While the team tracks the Z'Grute, strange unidentified robots follow the Z'Grute that don't seem to belong to Nefarious. After the team defeats the Z'Grute, a massive moon-sized drone, known as Ephemeris, the Creature Collector, appears and captures both the Z'Grute and the four heroes.

Meanwhile, on Earth, Spyro and his Skylanders worked together to save the universe from his archenemy, Dark Spyro. Spyro then raised his words "Skylanders Assemble" which is a reference to Avengers Assemble. Spyro and his flock defeated him, and saves the Solana galaxy. In the aftermath, Spyro reveals that the lockdown has finally ended on 2 December 2020, during the response of the pandemic scene.

Meanwhile, back on Magnus, Ratchet, Clank, Qwark and Nefarious managed to defeat the evil spirit, which was promptly destroyed by Nefarious. Soon afterwards, the team took a collective sigh of relief and Doctor Croid and Nevo reunited. A moment later, Cronk and Zephyr arrived, revealing that they finally received help from Lawrence. Nefarious and Lawrence proceeded to steal Cronk and Zephyr's ship and left the heroes stranded on Magnus. Thankfully, Ratchet remembered that Ephemeris was still active, and everyone decided to use it so that they could return to Luminopolis. Next, at the post-scenes from the 2013 game "Into The Nexus", Cronk and Zephyr are shown as ghosts in front of a display dedicated to them in the Museum's main hall (which caused after being killed by Neftin and Vendra Prog at the beginning, before the Progs' final arrest). After briefly trading insults, the two leave. Back on the ship, Lawrence tells Nefarious of a secret route they can take past the barriers set by the Polaris Defense Force. During this, Nefarious is saddened while looking at the picture he had taken with Ratchet, Clank, and Qwark.

Back on Earth, Spyro wishes a farewell a Merry Christmas to the flock, returning back home to have a romantic relationship with his girlfriend Elora, and to see the fireworks from the 2000 game "Year of the Dragon". In the post-credit scene, Spyro and Elora starts a romantic date, as the film ends.

CRAZY CREDITS:
The Universal Pictures logo plays normal, but Spyro comes in and flies out. The 20th Century Studios logo plays, but Sonic Boom distracts the structure, destroying the searchlights, leaving the text behind. The Sony logo zooms out and in again. But when the purple background fades into space, it reveals the Sony Pictures Animation logo, alongside with the Insomniac Games logo and the PlayStation Studios logo. The opening theme of "Up Your Arsenal" is heard.

The remaining Activision or Toys For Bob logos does not appear in the film, but in the credits. After the final credits, the Ralph Older Television Studios logo appears. At the end, the Gracie Films logo plays, but cuts to London, revealing the 20th Television logo.
