The roots of your plants you're growing on your Plantui device are the most common cause for any malfunction of the Plantui pump unit. That's why you should keep an eye on the root growth, and at times cut the roots of the plants. You can safely remove the part of the roots which are hanging out of the water tray. All this is shown on the video.
