Burrillville community honors longtime Harrisville firefighter

Описание: First responders and community members gathered for an emotional Saturday in Burrillville to give a final salute to Augustine "Gus" Eddy, a longtime member of the Harrisville Fire Department.

Family and friends say Eddy fought until the very end of a battle with cancer that cut his life short at 54-years-old.

Despite the illness, those who spoke with NBC 10 say he never lost his spark or his dedication to the community.
