Easy and delicious recipe 👇🏻

Ingredients:
♦️2 egg yolks
♦️1/3 cup of sugar
♦️2 tablespoons of corn flour
♦️1 vanilla teaspoon
♦️200 ml of milk
♦️100 g of butter
♦️1/3 cup of sugar
♦️2 egg whites
♦️1 cup of almond powder
♦️Puff Pastry Dough

♨️ Directions:
1.Mix egg yolks, sugar, corn flour and vanilla
2.Heat some milk
3.Pour gradually the milk into the cream mixture
4.Heat so it starts boiling and becomes a bit solid
5.Cover the cream and let it cool
6.Meanwhile, add sugar to the butter and egg whites and whisk
7.add almond powder to the mixture
8.add the cream to this mixture
9.knead the puff pastry and add the cream in the middle
10.cover with another puff pastry and close well the edges then anoint with water
11.anoint the Galette des Rois / King Cake with eggs
12.Let in cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator
13.Remove then anoint another time with eggs and make the shape / design you desire
14.Heat the oven, then place the King Cake / La Galette des rois in the oven for 30 minutes on 180 degrees.
