This flat bread is so tasty that it'll be gone in a minute if you make it at home. I like it because it stays fresh for hours! If you can not tolerate yeast and baking powder then this is the bread for you. No oven needed, No Kneading because it's liquid dough.
This recipe will take you 40 minutes to make from start to finish. Here's a time breakdown:
Mixing flour, sugar, salt and water: 5 minutes
Time to Rest: 10 minutes
Time to sieve: 5 minutes
Baking time: 20 minutes
Tips
**Start baking on the pan at very low heat because bubbles will stop the puffing. Then gradually increase the heat to medium low as it gets cooked. Flip every minute at the beginning then every 10 seconds towards the end, until it gets fully baked.
***Ingredients:
Flour 2 cups/ 300 g flour
2.5 Cups/ 590 g lukewarm water
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1Tbsp. oil
