The 2026 Howland Community Open featured nearly 300 artists from our community, filling the gallery with an extraordinary range of creative voices.
In this video, members of The Arts Center’s Exhibition Committee share their “Cherry Picks” — selected artworks from this year’s Community Open that especially resonated with them. Each committee member speaks about the piece they chose and why it stood out.
These selections highlight the depth, diversity, and strength of work on view in this annual exhibition and reflect the perspectives of our Exhibition Committee.
