Packing a kit of products? That's no problem for us!

This is a large parts Counting and Kitting Systems. Utilizing BMIV 200mm 5 gate belt feed counter, this system can run products ranging from 1/4" ball up to 6" wide x 10" long parts. The system uses a larger bucket conveyor and Bagmaster 400 bagger that can make bags up to 16" wide. The bagger drops bags onto a bag take-away conveyor with bag counter. Boxes are automatically cycled in and out of the filling station under the bag counter. All of our machines integrate seamlessly. This system can package up to 4 different parts that need to be batched, bagged, and packaged into master boxes. Using our Batchmaster® IV Counter and Bagmaster® 400. This System has 4 BMIV 200mm 5 gate counters, we can provide systems with 20 or more counters if needed.
