MBBS Abroad without NEET is not possible because since 2019 onwards the government has made it impossible for any embassy to issue invitation letter for students who wish to take admission in MBBS abroad without being qualified in NEET. All the admission which will be done in MBBS without NEET qualification will either be fake or will be in language or Pre-med Course which means that one extra year will be involved in this.
Even for Philippines, you have to pass NEET and go for BS. Embassy will not give Visa without that.
However there is an option that u can do BS in India pass NEET next year and then you can go to Philippines. For more details call +91-9953262629
So students should not go for MBBS without NEET opportunity.
