Описание: A 27-year-old real estate developer, Shafik Khan, was brutally shot dead in Howrah city, West Bengal, early Wednesday morning around 4:10 am near a tea stall.

Police say two assailants opened fire at point-blank range, and the crime was caught on CCTV. The visuals reportedly show Khan being shot in the head and chest. He was rushed to a district hospital, where he was declared dead.

Investigators suspect the murder may be linked to an old rivalry or an extortion dispute. The Rapid Action Force has been deployed, and Howrah City Police are examining CCTV footage to identify and apprehend the perpetrators.
