The better we can understand problems, and explain them to others, the more chance we have of unlocking better solutions. Words are great, but words AND pictures are even better! Here's a quick intro about 3 ways you can use simple drawing to help you do just that.
This is such a fantastic skill to cultivate for UX, CX and product strategy, if you're a designer, developer, or product manager. It's also essential for teaching, and explaining complex and abstract topics. If you're a project manager (or any type of manager, really), being able to explain problems and impacts with pictures will help everyone work more efficiently.
Odds are you're already using pictures, like charts, roadmaps and Gantt charts, flowcharts, clip art, and so on. Now's a great time to expand your visual game, and use visuals to think, as well as to show.
