hirayinkeezhu: The Kerala police on Wednesday took four youths, who bludgeoned a youngster to death in broad daylight in Thiruvananthapuram the other day, to the site of the crime at Vakkom to collect evidence.
The police asked the youths details of the murder and how they carried out the brutal act. The murder, which took place on Sunday, came to light on Monday when a video of the crime surfaced.
The cops had on Tuesday arrested four youths of a six-member gang that murdered Manakkadu Veettil Shabeer over rivalry.
Police said Vinayak (23) and Kiran (23), hailing from Daivappura near Vakkom, were arrested in the wee hours of Tuesday while two others – Santhosh (24) and Satheesh (27) – both natives of Vakkom, landed in the police net later in the day.
