These can be done standing, seated, or lying down. You might even share them at the family table:)
1-10 counting breath
inhale 1, exhale 2, all the way to 10.
Turkey Tracing Breath
Trace your thumb and fingers, the whole shape of your hand with the opposite index finger. Moving up for the inhales and down for the exhales.
