In this two part series, I'm telling the bizarre, mind boggling story of my brief whirlwind of a relationship with a covert narcissist. But more importantly, I'm discussing all of the manipulation techniques used against me, emotional abuse, and how to spot the red flags. Some of this video is heavy, and I do include a CW up front. But don't worry, the entire video is laced with humor, because hey... it's one of my own coping mechanisms!

In part one, I'll talked about all those early warning signs that I completely overlooked, manipulation techniques such as love bombing, gaslighting and future faking, and my first time experiencing "narcissistic rage."
