Hook: #2-10, 2XL-4XL, straight eye streamer
Thread: white
Underwing: red flash
Wings: olive grizzly hackle feathers
Underbelly: orange bucktail
Belly: white bucktail tied in tips over eye
Overwing: dark part of died blue bucktail, tied in tips over eye
Head: belly and overwing folded back and tied with white thread band, varnished or epoxied
Gill: red enamel on bottom of white thread band
Eyes: black dot on white dot enamel
