45 lbs. x 25 Reps
55 lbs. x 20 Reps
65 lbs. x 15 Reps
65 lbs. x 12 Reps
LAT PULLDOWNS- 3 Sets
60 lbs. x 20 Reps
70 lbs. x 10 Reps
60 lbs. x 15 Reps
CLOSE GRIP DICKERSONS- 4 Sets
50 lbs. x 12 Reps
50 lbs. x 12 Reps
50 lbs. x 10 Reps
40 lbs. x 15 Reps

Remember to keep track of your workouts, reps and weight, so you can focus on getting stronger and making sure you are pushing and challenging yourself for each workout. Also keep track of how long it takes you to complete each Fitness Challenge that is posted as well, and try to beat Clifta's score!
