Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels -- Appetizers on the Pit Boss Griddle

Описание: These buffalo chicken pinwheels are easy appetizers to make on the griddle! Made with shredded rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella and pepper jack cheese, the Pit Boss Nashville Hot Rub, and buffalo sauce, all rolled into a flour tortilla and cut into slices like pinwheels.

These appetizers on the flat top grill are great for tailgating or football party food, too! You can even make the buffalo chicken mixture the day before and store it in the fridge. Then, while you’re at your tailgate, you can just spread the buffalo chicken and cheese mix on the tortillas, roll them up, cut into slices, and griddle until nicely golden brown. Serve with a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping. These easy buffalo chicken rolls are so dang good and easy to make! Give them a try for some football party appetizers on the griddle!
