EXCLUSIVE: Ombudsman, hangad na makakuha rin ng Writ of Preliminary Attachment sa properties nina dating Senador Bong Revilla at kontratistang si Sarah Discaya.

Ayon kay Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla, bahagi ito ng kanilang legal strategy sa mga hawak nilang kaso.

Matatandaang isinapubliko kahapon ng Sandiganbayan ang Writ of Preliminary Attachment nito para sa properties ni ex-Rep. Zaldy Co na nagkakahalaga ng P215 milyon.

Ayon kay Remulla, mahalaga ang Writ of Preliminary Attachment para masigurong may mababawi ang gobyerno sakaling manalo sa mga kaso.

Sa ilalim ng Writ of Preliminary Attachment, isasailalim sa kustodiya ng korte ang mga ari-arian habang dinidinig ang kaso.
