A dream of dessert come true!INGREDIENTS
100g cottage cheese
2 eggs
250g (2 cups) flour (all purpose)
16g baking powder
Hazelnut cream
Sugar
METHOD
Beat the cottage cheese and eggs with a blender. Add flour, baking powder, knead the dough.
Divide the dough into portions. Put the Hazelnut cream in the middle and shape the donuts.
Deep-fry. Dip in sugar.
