Join me for this arm shredding 10 000 STEPS WORKOUT and let`s get those steps in while toning the entire upper body. This is a fast paced indoor walking workout you can use for calorie burn, weight loss & toning. I'm using 0,5 kg dumbbells in this workout but you can also do it weight free.
Make sure you go at your own pace. You don't have to turbo walk, if that's not your thing. You can decrease the intensity by walking slower and maybe loosing the weights, or increase it by jogging in place.
