On June 25, 1997, the Soufrière volcano erupted and ravaged Plymouth, capital of the ultramarine territory of Montserrat. On September 15, 1997, a unique charity concert was organized. The guest artists have one thing in common: they all went to the mythical AIR Studio in Montserrat, built by George Martin in the mid-1970s before it was abandoned in 1989, after it was destroyed by a tornado. This is a recording of Midge Ure's performance with Josh Phillips that evening.
