Kenya power company management says the directorate of criminal investigations is probing criminal culpability of 18 staff members over irregular prequalification of contractors. The 18 KPC staffers have been suspended for having links as either key staff members or owners of companies they colluded with to have them shortlisted to offer works to the power company.
