A few quick tennis tips to help you be happier on the court... especially at this time where so many people around the world have had a long break from playing tennis. Due to this long break the chances of getting tennis elbow and/or pain in your wrist and forearms is much higher.
By applying the content in this video I have created to help you, you will certainly avoid or at the very least dramatically reduce getting pain or soreness in your wrist and forearm when playing tennis. In addition, really reduce your tennis elbow problem or increasing your chances of getting tennis elbow in the first place.
Of course, there are many things you can learn to avoid pain throughout your body and to make sure you do not get tennis elbow and/or get rid of your tennis elbow that I can teach you in person on the tennis court. This video provides "a few quick tennis tips" and nowhere near the full bag of tricks.
