The ideal location would be in the wash-up area of a kitchen, storeroom, or covered bin area. It runs off a standard plug and requires ventilation to the outside or connection to a suitable waste pipe.

The food composting machine is manufactured of heavy gauge stainless steel and carbon steel, with a manual top loading door, where the food waste is loaded, and a front opening door used to harvest the compost every 10-14 days. An optional deodorizer processes the exhaust air before it is vented into the atmosphere.
