***In this video, I come across some mold in 1 jar. That came about because I took out some brine that was over flowing. I should have left it alone. Do not take brine out during fermentation. If you encounter mold in your jar, you should be safe and just toss the ingredients out and start over. Be sure to clean jar really well before starting over. Clean items and being safe is number one.
