The vacgroom is awesome for the top coat only. My dog has way too much hair to handle so I now have two separate brush (one for top coat and one for the undercoat) and I brush with my Kirby vacuum nozzle next to my dog while I'm combing. That seems to be the easiest, less messy, and convenient way for me.
