This summer I was invited to attend an event for veterans mental health at Sky Park in Southern California. Although it was a 7 hour drive from my house, I decided to go to support my friend that was hosting the event, as well as supporting my brothers and sisters that served in the military. The added bonus was that it was at a mountain bike park and was for riders. This was a win win situation.
