I am at Don's Downtown Diner in Bellefontaine, OH about to take on their Sweet Matilda challenge. This burger consists of 8 grilled cheese sandwiches on Texas toast, four 1/2 pound burgers, ham, bacon, and a huge pile of fries. There is a one hour time limit and if I am able to complete it I will get the meal for free and an awesome T-shirt! With only a handful of winners over the years, the odds are stacked against me, much like the stack of grilled cheese sandwiches!
