The boys beat Staples in the Class LL finals, 3-0 while the girls beat Ridgefield in the state finals, 1-0. Both beat their respective nemesis Glastonbury in the state tournament. The girls beat Glastonbury in the semifinals, 2-1, while the boys beat Glastonbury in the first round, 3-1.
